Stohlquist Freefall Drytop - The Freefall drytop is designed and constructed to meet the needs of Team S and steep creeking paddlers with a whole new level of comfort, mobility, and waterproof durability. The ergonomic 3-D cut follows the body's arcs from chest to shoulders, from stomach to lumbar, from shoulders to biceps with underarm inserts. This top follows your every move for uninhibited impulsive motion. Built from Stohlquist's proprietary medium-weight waterproof/breathable 4-layer Twin Sensor fabric, all seams are double and triple-sewn, then taped for waterproof integrity. Nail-cloth covered neoprene padding is added to the elbows and shoulders as armor shields for critical forearm and shoulder impact zones. Water is sealed out at the neck and wrists with durable latex rubber gaskets. Cuff covers with Free-FLOW self-draining edging offer protection from abrasion and the sun. The wrist covers have Velcro-backed neoprene for a full range of adjustment, and the neck utilizes a Titanium neoprene collar with front zip adjustment. The long inner tunnel has a wide sticky-backed neoprene band to lock the hem comfortably in place on the hips and prevent upward creep. This keeps your lower back covered and minimizes water entering whether upright or inverted. The wide outer tunnel has dual side-by-side Velcro waist closures for a good seal, and a grippy inner surface to seal with your skirt and minimize shifting and slipping. A roomy front pocket with a urethane-coated water resistant zipper allows easy access to key essentials rounds out this hardcore drytop.
